Unfortunately in portugal tuning is illegal because it is confused with street racing
but thw worst is that we have to pay 21% vat for the accessories and pay 250? for the fine for changing my car wihtout the legislation
Thak you for the coments.

here we also need to pay 21% taxes on the stuff we buy
and we also need to get it controlled by a authorized company and we have to pay a fee for the things we have changed on our car, but that's one time, after that the modified things are printed on the green paper if your car is legal so your car is street legal after the green paper

[quote="Boerke"][quote="Livre_Tuning"]Unfortunate
here we pay 21% taxes for the accessories but it doesn't change a thing because we still can't get our cars legal because theres is no legislation.
We face two options:
- let the cars be like they come from fabric;
- drive the car illegally.
But if we want to, we can drive a car totally messed up!
